Terms and Conditions of this Agreement:

1.  I hereby give permission for Cape-Web to place our / my  logo on their website at no cost to me / us and undertake to transfer  a 10% admin  fee (this 10% is calculated on the gross commission received by me / us) into the bank account of Cape-Web should any sale take place as a result of any enquiry because of this link to our website as per paragraph  5 of the above document.

2. This agreement can be terminated in writing by either party Confirmation of receipt of termination notice will be given by Cape-Web. At the time of termination of this agreement, all current property transactions will still form part of this agreement.

3. It will be the responsibility of the Agent to notify Cape-Web if any sale via our Website has occur, within seven days (7) of concluding the transaction.

4. If a Agent default his/her Agency name will be crossed out at our Website, never to be replaced.

5. Both parties agree that they will comply in the spirit of this agreement.
